The Public Interest Law Centre is a small legal project affiliated to Lambeth Law Centre. We are commited to being at the cutting edge of public law and human rights.

We rely on the support of motivated and enthusiastic volunteers who are interested in the issues that the Public Interest Law Centre tackles and who are keen to gain valuable experience working for an small niche organisation with a growing reputation for quality legal action, strategic litigation and reputation campaigning.

We regularly recruit volunteers to assist with our work.

Positions are generally for one day a week in office hours, working alongside our paid staff in a specificcases  at our office in Lambeth.  Despite the size of our commitment to our clients and legal issues we operate out of a shoe-box size office.

We will cover travel costs to and from the office (within London travel zones 1 – 6) and a daily lunch allowance up to a maximum of £3. All volunteer roles are unpaid.
